Retail catalog prices are not wholesale quotes. Order minimums, case packs, resale eligibility, pricing, payment arrangements, freight, and lead times must be agreed in writing. No wholesale account or platform approval is created by sending this form.
We welcome inquiries from physical stores and online businesses. Include your website or Instagram so we can understand your assortment. Business registration or resale documentation may be requested where applicable before a supply arrangement is agreed.
